Complex of 13 studios and 2 suites on "Karavostasi" beach. The distance from the beach is 200m. Every studio has one bedroom with double or two single beds more one sofa bed (possibility for sleeping 2 child), bath, balcony , kitchen corner with cookery, cutlery, and refrigerator. The space of each studio is enough for 2 ad+ 2 ch (maximum).

Each suite consist of two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single), two baths, and separate living room- kitchen with sofa bed, balcony. The kitchen is furnished with cookery, cutlery, and refrigerator. The space of each suite is enough for 4-6 pers (maximum).

All the rooms have view.

The complex has swimming pool , cafe bar and it provides the following services:
- Breakfast
- Sunshade and chairs on the beach.

Sheets change: Every three days
And every day cleaning.

Each studio and each suite has: safe box, hair dryer, telephone with internet connection, A/C, TV (satellite).
